What We Do
We are a very active Club that works diligently to benefit our communities through fundraising events. Some of our events include an Annual Pancake Breakfast, Putt for Kids Miniature Golf Tournament, Mad Hatter Tea Party, Solvay Summer Festival, Pasta Dinner, Kiwanis at the Ballpark, and more.
Each year we raise money to help support more than 25 community projects to benefit children, senior citizens, and the handicapped. We also participate in service to Food Pantries, Meals on Wheels, Toys for Tots, college scholarships for area high school graduates, sponsoring Boys and Girls Scouts troops, kids at Kamp Kiwanis, donations and people-power to work for our hospitals, libraries, and numerous other services.
We believe that the most effective way to enhance a community is to enhance its children. When you give a child a chance to learn, experience, dream, and succeed, great things will happen. Changing Tomorrows Today... that's what we are all about.
